Needless to say I'm going to need to do a fair bit of welding. The worst affected areas being the front of the bonnet, drivers door and the passengers side rear (as it just completely disintegrated when I started sanding :S)
I'll be doing it properly though and welding in new metal, rather than just using filler...hopefully this will prevent to rust from reappearing any time soon...
Hopefully be continuing preparation for welding tomorrow, possibly preparing the inside as well.
